  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

2.2 Non-returnable Items

3.1 Appointment & Cancellation

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance

3.2 Refund for Services

  • All service purchases are non-refundable
